The local government has trained some 500 college graduates to be such instructors. Newlyweds in Shanghai can get free consultancy service from these instructors beginning from Jul. 29.According to statistics, currently nearly 70% of Shanghai people have family problems, including domestic violence, divorce, quarrel, etc. Some couples seem to have a happy marriage life, while in fact discord exists between husband and wife. Many people are reluctant to talk about their marriage and family problems with their friends or relatives.Experts estimate that the number of marriage instructors has increased by 15% compared with last year in Shanghai, but now Shanghai still needs 100 thousand instructors.Manager Gan of a marriage consultation agency in Shanghai, said that the job of marriage instructors was originated from psychological instructors, and marriage and the family are their main field of research.
