A China Airlines plane from Taiwan lands at Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 10:40am June 15, 2007, bringing 397 Taiwan passengers to the mainland and lifting the curtain of the chartered flights between Taiwan and the mainland for the forthcoming Dragon Boat Festival. The Dragon Boat Festival, which falls on the fifth day of the fifth Chinese lunar month, is considered an important occasion in China's folk traditions.
