One can tap on letters and swipe right to view the result. Microsoft is using its Word Flow technology to detect letters and words correctly.For those who don't like typing, the updated Band also features Cortana, Microsoft's cross-platform digital assistant who can respond to voice commands.Microsoft has also made a Developer Preview SDK available for Windows Phone and Android, with iOS coming soon. Software developers can use the SDK to develop third-party apps for the Band.The Microsoft Band was launched in October, 2014.
