Chinanews, Beijing, May 18 – The Beijing Traffic Management Bureau revealed on Wednesday that it will launch a campaign fighting against hit-and-run traffic accident causers in May. It will carry out such measures like monitoring roads and highways to the escaped accident causers.The Beijing traffic police have successfully investigated 42 serious hit and run cases, and 90% of the runaway accident causers have been concluded. The police revealed that 75% of cases occurred at night and most of these accidents were made by citizens caused by non-Beijing natives.
