As we already know， rain is drops of water from the cloud. If there is no cloud， there won't be rain. When it rains， clouds are generally very thick and the sunlight can not possibly shine through them. Therefore， we can not see the sun or the moon. They are not hiding from us. Actually， they are hid-den by the cloud. When the rain stops and clouds disappear， we can see the sun and the moon again.
