However, as the moon has no atmosphere, such astrological observations can become a lot better on the moon. The resolution and accuracy for such astrological observations can improve greatly on the moon, he said.At present, many countries want to establish an observation base on the moon, just like China. Wang predicted that China could realize its plan of setting up a scientific base on the moon in about “thirty or forty years.”“Compared with the space station that now operates on the earth’s orbit, the space station established on the moon can help scientists to conduct bigger and more complicated research work. Related maintenance work in space will also become much easier,” he noted.
