Chinanews, Los Angeles, Jun. 26 – During next year’s Beijing Olympics, Chinese characteristic food like roast duck, dumplings and fried rice will be provided round the clock.Chinese Cuisine Association has decided to put roast duck, dumplings and fried rice on the recommended food list during the Beijing Olympics, and it will send a delegation to the U.S. in late for further research on Olympic cuisine.According to related rules of International Olympic Committee, standard restaurant can provide those foods to 6,000 people simultaneously. Olympic food will mainly be Western-style food, and Chinese Cuisine Association has promised to guarantee food safety.
