Chinanews, Beijing, December 26 – According to Zhang Hongbiao, the general manager of China Aviation Industry Corporation II (CAIC 2), China has the technology of producing nearly all kinds of flight vehicles, including special aircraft, which can only be produced by very few countries in the world. CAIC 2 has invested a lot on the research and development of military flying vehicles, and now it has become one of the most important weapon suppliers of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA). Most importantly, the products by CAIC 2 all have independent intellectual property rights， and have filled many blanks in Chinese aviation industry. An example of these is the L15, the very first advanced trainer aircraft model made in China.
