“满月”又称“弥月”，中国民俗礼仪，指婴儿出生满一个月，“（of a baby）be one month old”，是中国的小宝宝们度过的第一个隆重的生日。

在中国，婴儿满月时要举办热闹的宴会，俗称“摆满月酒（hold a celebration for a baby's first month birthday）”.

传统风俗中，满月酒上要吃红鸡蛋，所以“满月酒”也被称为“red egg party”。

此外，家中长辈还会敬神祭祖（offer sacrifices to gods and ancestors），同时为婴儿剃下胎发，祝他从头开始，一生美满、幸福。
